Coolblue

The replenishment application that was used by the stock planners has been created using older technologies and frameworks which is why the application can only be maintained but not improved. In the last few years the concept of re-ordering products has changed due to the growth of Coolblue. The warehouse has become bigger and the way the available space is being used to store the inventory has become more efficiently. For this very reason the re-design of the replenishment app is very important because that is one of the parts in the proces that has not been improved in the last couple of years.

The goal of the project was to create a re-design of the current replenishment application. The app was build in older frameworks which couldn't be maintained or improved by the current developers.Coolblue wanted to create a new application which they could implement in their latest software environment.

The outcome of the project was a great succes. The application I have designed has been brought to production and is being used by the stock planners.
